Non-exchangeable & Non-returnable Goods
Discounted goods include purchases with Sale/Coupon/Voucher/Gift Voucher/Discount Code and items from Accessories Collection are not eligible for exchange or return.
Conditions
Soghir is proud of its products. We believe in the quality of our goods and will not be happy until you are. We operate a “no quibble” exchange or refund guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase just return it to us, in its original and unworn condition.
- For online orders, please note that it is not possible to make exchanges or returns at our outlet, as stock availability may vary.
- Please choose your desired designs before contacting us for pickup, as our HQ does not have a showroom for display.
- All requests for exchange and returns will be processed after we have received and condition-checked the returned items. Items need to be returned with its label in-tact along with the original packaging and receipt. Please allow up to 7 working days for the request to be processed and fulfilled. No exchange or refund will be made before we acquire the returned parcel or if any of the above said conditions are not fulfilled.
How can I request for an exchange or return of my purchase?
Kindly email to clientcare.soghir@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Return reason
- Proof of defect (videos/pictures)
- We will vet through your request and guide you accordingly.
- Once your return request is accepted, you may proceed with returning the item.
- Return product(s) will be inspected by us and products in which conditions do not meet our policy will be rejected and returned back to you.
- The refund will solely be on the product(s) returned and will not include shipping fee.
- We do not accept walk in returns to our HQ.
- Please note that customer will bear the shipping cost for the returned products.

What is the time frame to request for an exchange or refund for my purchase?
We accept requests within 7 days after received for online store purchase. Requests after that period will not be entertained.
Will I get a full refund according to the value of my purchases?
Yes, and all refunds will be in terms of store credit. Online purchases will get you your online store credit/voucher.
Shipping cost for exchange/returned items.
Shipping cost for exchange and returns will be fully borne by the customer. Soghir will only bear the shipping costs for faulty goods and incorrect order fulfilment.
Return & Exchange:
Step 1:
To initiate an exchange or return, please contact our customer care line through WhatsApp. Take note that you will be responsible for all delivery/transportation costs.
Step 2:
Return the product to our premise at the following adress:

No 23, Jalan Aman Perdana 3H/KU5,
Taman Aman Perdana,
41050 Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
Step 3:
After we receive your returned product, we will conduct a quality check. If the product is in good condition, we will proceed with the exchange process. For us to return your exchanged product, a payment of RM10/ is required for delivery charges.

Once the exchange is processed, we will inform you and provide you with the new tracking number for your shipment.
